Are your brownies baked fresh? Yes. We guarantee your brownies will be baked no earlier than 48 hours befor they are shipped.
I want to purchase your brownies as gifts, can I have them shipped to multiple addresses? Yes you can. Although, Unfortunately at this time our web store is not able to process multiple shipping addresses we are more than happy to send your gifts to their final destination. Just email us at order@auntiepearlspantry.com and we will ship your order to their proper destinations. Additional shipping charges may apply.
I want my brownies fresh for an event in two weeks will you hold my order until then or do I need to make my purchase when I want them shipped? We are more than happy to take your order for a future date. Again unfortunately , our web store is unable to process orders for a future shipping date. However if you email us at orders@auntiepearlspantry.com and tell us the date you want them we will more than happy to ship them on the appropriate date.
How Long will the brownies last? As packaged you should not notice any change in the taste or moistness of your brownies for 3 - 4 weeks.
Can I preserve them for longer than 3 - 4 weeks? Yes. If you put them in the freezer they will hold thier taste and moisture for 6 - 9 months. Just take them out the night before you want them to let them thaw or warm them up in the microwave.
Can I give them that warm gooey out of the oven taste again? Yes. Just put them in the microwave on high for 10 seconds.
My brownies arrived damaged what do I do? We take a lot of pride in our brownies here and your satisfaction is very important to us. If your brownies were damaged during shipping, please call us at 817-210-6317. We will immediately ship you a fresh dozen and we will pay to have the delivery company return the damaged goods to us. Please do not throw away the damaged brownies.
