Shipping & Returns

1. Unless otherwise specified packages are generaly shipped USPS priority mail which is 2-3 days in most locations. We are not responsible for delays due to the post office.

2. We will ship your package the day after the order is received (unless a future date has been specified) if on Sunday thru Friday. It will ship on Monday if received on Saturday.

3. Orders shipped express are subject to the rules of the post office and will reach most destinations the next day.

4. Guaranteed overnight may not be available to all areas. We are not responsible if the post office, UPS, or Fed Ex do not service your area overnight and we will ship it with all due speed.

5. In case of damage, we will either refund or replace the damaged brownies and will arrange for them to be them to be returned to us at our expense.

6. It is agreed by and between the purchaser and the seller that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this Contract shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a Court located in the State of Texas, U.S.A., to the exclusion of the Courts of any other state or country.
